1. Accepting these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and The Lovers Mind! Project (“TLMP”). By using this website, creating a profile, placing an order or submitting content, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Child Safeguarding Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who may use the site

The site is for adults. You must be at least 18 to create a profile, post comments or submit events and listings. If you act for a church, school or ministry, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

3. Your profile

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your profile.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your profile.
• You can delete your profile at any time by contacting us.

4. Content you submit

When you submit an event, directory listing, photo or comment (“your content”), you confirm that:

• it is accurate and you have the right to share it;
• you have permission from everyone identifiable in your photos and, for any child, from their parent or guardian;
• it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

You keep ownership of your content. You give TLMP a free, non-exclusive licence to display, resize and share it on this site and our channels for as long as it is published. Every submission is reviewed; we may decline, edit for length or clarity, or remove content at our discretion. Directory listings must be re-confirmed every 12 months to stay public.

5. Community guidelines

To keep this a safe, encouraging place for everyone who serves children, you must not:

• post anything abusive, hateful, sexual, violent or harmful to children;
• share a child's personal details, such as full name, school or address;
• post spam, advertising unrelated to children's ministry, or misleading event details;
• impersonate another person, church or organisation;
• try to access other users' data or disrupt the website.

We may remove content and suspend profiles that break these guidelines, and report serious concerns to the authorities.

6. Orders and payment

• Orders are placed through WhatsApp. A message from you is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm availability, price and delivery in the chat.
• Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may change before we confirm your order.
• Payment options and delivery costs are confirmed in the chat. We never ask for card details on WhatsApp.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. This does not affect your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

7. Events and registration

Registration for TLMP events may use third-party forms, whose terms also apply. Event details may change; we will tell registered attendees about significant changes. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult unless the event states otherwise.

Photos and videos may be taken at our events. We ask parents and guardians for consent before publishing images of children, and anyone may opt out. See our Child Safeguarding Policy.

Community events are listed by the churches and ministries that run them. TLMP reviews listings but is not the organiser and is not responsible for those events.

8. Our intellectual property

The TLMP name, logo, games, designs, text and scripts on this site belong to TLMP or our licensors. You may download, print and use our free songs, drama scripts and tips for non-commercial ministry, school and family use. You may not sell them, reproduce our games, or present our material as your own.

9. Links and third-party services

The site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, YouTube, Google and event registration forms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

10. Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to keep information accurate, but the site is provided “as is” and we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Directory entries and community events are provided by third parties and you should make your own checks before relying on them.

To the extent the law allows, TLMP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a profile, or remove content, if these terms are broken or to protect children or other users. You may stop using the site and ask us to delete your profile at any time.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will always try to resolve a concern informally first; please contact us. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled by the courts of Nigeria.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
